16 July 2011 - In and around the MIAT museum - 8 p.m. – 12 p.m.
Ghent was once the noisiest of all Flemish textile towns and cities. During one night, the old cotton mill, where now the museum MIAT houses, transforms into an open air media art gallery. The past industrial revolution meets the present digital one. Young media artists, inspired by (textile) industry, present their digital media works in and around the museum. Switch between their installations and the museum, where you go back to the decades of the first industrial revolution.
